PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By checking the box and clicking "Create Account" (or "Sign Up"), you are entering into a legally binding contract with MeowFinn. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not create an account.

1. Account Creation & Eligibility

• Contract Formation: Your acceptance of these terms constitutes a binding agreement to use the MeowFinn Mobile App solely as a technical tool for personal finance tracking.
• Age Requirement: You certify that you are 13 years of age or older. Creating an account while under 13 is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate termination.

2. Nature of Service

• Technical Software: MeowFinn is an AI-powered personal wealth tracker. We are NOT a bank, broker-dealer, asset manager, or licensed financial advisor.
• No Financial Advice: You acknowledge that the insights, budgets, and categorization provided by MeowFinn are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional financial or investment advice.

3. Security & User Responsibilities

• Credential Security: You are responsible for keeping your MeowFinn login credentials secure.
• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data and documents you upload or input into the app.

4. Fees & Subscription

• Creating an account and using core features is free. Fees only apply if you explicitly subscribe to a premium plan.
• All fees paid for active premium subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Data Privacy & AI Usage

• Data Collection: By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• AI Processing: You acknowledge that uploaded receipts and documents will be processed by AI partners (e.g., Google) to extract information, but this data will not be used to train global AI models.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeowFinn’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid to us.
• Indemnity: You agree to hold MeowFinn harmless from any losses resulting from technical errors, synchronization issues, or decisions you make based on the app's insights.

7. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration.
